WelcomeThe Alexander Technique is a practical method of learning how to improve how we use ourselves by reducing unnecessary tension and stress in everyday life. Learning and applying the Technique will improve your posture and enable you to move with more freedom, co-ordination and confidence. It improves breathing and relaxation, clarity of thought, and your ability to handle stress. I'm based in the Oldfield Park area of Bath. I am a qualified Alexander teacher, and a member of the Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique (M.S.T.A.T.).
